How much is shipping?
Unless otherwise noted, shipping to the continental United States is included at no additional charge.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders for framed products should arrive within 2-3 weeks, while unframed prints typically arrive within one week. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?
We will replace at no charge to you any item damaged in shipment, or which shows any defect in workmanship. Undamaged items may be returned for a refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. All returns require an RMA number before being accepted.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes! Depending on the product, quantity discounts are available on as few as 2 pieces. Please contact us for a quote.
Are additional frames available?
We have selected frames which compliment each our images based on the size and type of that image. However, we do have access to a large selection of additional frame styles.
Please contact us if you require a different frame.
Do I have to place my order online?
Not at all! We can take your order over the phone if you would prefer. (If you reach our voice mail be sure to leave a name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible.)
